The representatives at this venue were all very nice and helpful. I received plenty information and a tour of the facility. I was advised up front of all the rules and regulations as well as the ammenaties of the location. The employees were very helpful in providing ideas for layouts of the tables, cake, drinks, caterers, pictures etc. They offered their help in anyway that would makes things more convenient for us. The week before the reception They advised us to stop by and double check everything was going to be set up right and provide a list of vendors so they could be well informed in who was and was not supose to be there and at what times. THey also made helpful suggestions such as using their projection screen for our wedding slide show instead of renting one (which save us money). The only one little complaint I had is that since this is a city owed venue, like everything else in the goverment, was very slow at processing the check/payment. This was not anything that the employees at the venue could have done diffrently, this is just part of city owned facilities. Everything else went really well, the employees were very helpful and proffesional. I have already recommended others to use this facility and I beleive one couple has already booked with them.

This had to be the crowned jewel of our wedding. The facility is beautiful. Great kitchen at your disposal. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
