Pastor Steve Rhoads

Pastor Steve Rhoads served at my wedding as the officiant. He was very professional, and flexible. He was willing to travel to my wedding that was out of town. I had guests of different faiths and he made everyone feel very comfortable. I have nothing but praise for his work. I unfortunately lost my father just days before the wedding very unexpectedly and Pastor Rhoads was very understanding. I had to make the very hard decision of going ahead with my wedding or postponing it. My husband and I made the decision to go ahead with our plans to get married because we felt my dad would have wanted that. He was so excited about us getting married. Pastor Rhoads said a very nice prayer for everyone at the reception in rememberance of my father. It was nice to have someone officiant that was so understanding about my situation and someone that was gracious and made all my guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend Pastor Steve Rhoads to any brides to be.

Very professional and performed a very good service. Even met us the next day to fill out our marriage license since we forgot them the day of the wedding!

We asked if we could incorporate some of our own vows and he provided us with a final draft for approval. The ceremony was perfect, we couldn't have been happier. He was very kind and helpful. Beautiful.

Since we decided to get married in Tulsa (90 minutes from where we live), we didn't have a relationship with an officiant to marry us. We did a lot of searching and reviewed most all of the officiants on wedding wire and other sites. We narrowed it down to 5 and set up face-to-face interviews. The first few were a complete dissapointment and were people that had taken a weekend course to be an ordained minister or officiant. When I emailed Pastor Steve, and explained what we were looking for, he emailed us a sample version of his sermon and we loved it right away. After meeting with him in person, there was no question at all that he was the right person to marry us. He was incredibly nurturing and fatherly and his familiarity with the ceremony cross was a nice surprise, since no one else was familiar with it. On our wedding day, he was so accomodating at our request to wait and sign the marriage license at the beginning of the reception in front of all our wedding guests. He was the perfect addition to our wedding vendors and I'm sure we will continue or relationship with him in the years to come. Highly, highly recommended!!!!! Thank you Pastor Steve!!!

Pastor Steve was wonderful. My first officiant i had lined up fell through 2 months prior to the wedding, and he quickly stepped up and squeezed us in. He was very flexible and willing to go out of his way to get us what we needed. He worked with our schedule and provided a wonderful service. Very prompt on returning emails, texts, phone calls.. also, very professional. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

He made our special day wonderful. I have gooten so may compliments on our ceremony and have been told that it wasnt the same old boring one you hear at every wedding!

We thoroughly enjoyed the option that we had to make the ceremony uniquley special to us (by adding our own letters to one another).
